Charming stay with friendly vibes

I loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel! The staff went above and beyond with their warm hospitality, making each day special. Waking up to great views reminded me I was on vacation.

The air conditioning in my room was a bit tricky. I struggled to regulate the temperature, making some nights warmer than I'd like. It slightly affected my sleep, but the experience was still enjoyable.

You've gotta try the wood-fired pizzas – they’re like a slice of heaven! Plus, the staff went above and beyond, sending up complimentary fruit platters. The neighborhood vibe is on point, with places like Besiktas Balik just a stone's throw away.

While the breakfast could use a little flair, it didn't dull the overall shine of our stay – everything else was stellar!

The standard double room was clean and well-equipped, featuring a powerful hairdryer and complimentary toiletries, which enhanced the comfort of our stay. The hotel was situated in a lovely neighborhood with easy access to public transport, making it convenient to explore the area. breakfast could have been more varied, and while the staff was generally attentive, service could occasionally feel disorganized during peak hours.

Comfortable stay with excellent cleanliness

I recently stayed for 4 nights and found the hotel absolutely spotless with every corner meticulously cleaned. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the daily fresh water supply, along with coffee and tea, made my stay even more enjoyable. The location is advantageous, being close to major clinics, and I appreciated the complimentary toiletries, especially the powerful hairdryer that was a nice touch! the breakfast could definitely use some improvement in variety to make it more exciting.

I did have a hiccup with the bartender regarding ice blocks needed for my medication, which weren’t returned upon check-out. It caused some stress before my flight, and I believe they need to ensure better communication about these needs in the future.
